Kelly Quinn
Kelly joined the company in January 2006. Upon
leaving school, Kelly attended College where she
studied Secretarial and Commercial Studies. Upon
qualification Kelly joined Pulse Telemarketing as
an Office Administrator before securing promotion
to Office Supervisor.
In 2004 Kelly joined RTB Limited. As Office Manager
Kelly was responsible for advising and helping
council tenants and other qualifying secured
tenants to realise their aspirations to own their
own homes under the Right To Buy legislation. Kelly
was responsible for the relationship management
with clients and liaison with local Councils,
Housing Associations, Solicitors and specialist
mortgage intermediaries to ensure that the process
was completed efficiently from day 1 until the day
when the client secured the purchase of their home.
As Office Manager, Kelly was responsible the
management of a team of up to 10 Customer
Administrators and Customer Service
Representatives.
