Keith Lawrence
Keith joined the company in August 2005. Prior to that he was a HR Business Manager for Centrica a position he had held since 1997. Within Centrica, Keith was responsible for translating business plans into robust HR plans. Laterly, Keith was responsible for the centralisation of HR processes and staff into a HR Shared Service Centre responsible for workforce administration, payroll and pensions, reward management, performance management, customer services and related HR transactional processing and information services for approximately 30,000 employees.
A graduate of King's College, Keith joined British Gas in 1977. As Pensions Manager he was responsible for the administration of the British Gas defined benefits pension schemes for staff and manual workers and advising the trustees on investment strategy and scheme governance.
